Return Policy

If it is desired to make a return on an order, please E-mail to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it with complete details and reason to request approval for the return. All returns must be made within 7 days. Upon approval, a return authorization (RA) number will be issued. Returns for refunds are subject to a restock fee of 25%, excluding shipping charges. All items returned to Vintage Seats, LLC will be examined by our warehouse manager. In order to receive full credit for your return the items must have:

  • The RA number clearly visible on all returned items. Upon receipt of RA number, simply ship the package back to Vintage Seats, LLC.
  • All returned items must be returned in new, ready to sell condition with all original packaging, paperwork and parts included. (If product is not in new condition, or does not meet our return conditions, we may not be able to issue full credit or exchange for replacement).

After we accept your return, the credit card originally used to place your order will be credited for the purchase price (and sales tax), minus any applicable shipping charges and restocking fees .You the customer is responsible for all shipping costs to return an item unless the item arrived damaged.

All custom/special orders cannot be returned or canceled. A custom/special order is described as any other seat material other than German Vinyl for the bolsters and basketweave for the insert in black color.

Damaged Shipments

Once the product leaves our facility, it is the carriers’ responsibility to deliver it in good condition. It is the buyers’ responsibility to check all received orders for damage prior to accepting it from the carrier.

If a shipped order arrives with obvious damage, the customer can refuse to accept it and the shipping company will return the merchandise to Vintage Seats, LLC. Upon receipt of the returned damaged order, Vintage Seats, LLC will ship a replacement order at no cost to the customer. If the damage is discovered after delivery has been accepted, the customer is to call the shipper and file a damage claim. The shipper is responsible for reimbursement payment for damaged goods.

Shipping Charges

The Freight quote that has been provided is based on and charged according to the shipping location information provided by the customer. Should the information provided by the customer prove to be inaccurate, he or she is responsible for and will be charged any additional freight or shipping costs associated with that shipment. This includes but is not limited to: Redelivery charges, Residential Delivery charges, Delivery Appointment fees, Lift Gate charges and/or customs fees.

Sales Tax

Orders shipped within the state of Georgia will be charged 7% sales tax. If we are provided with a properly completed ST-3, ST-4 or other applicable form, sales tax becomes the responsibility of the customer for resale purposes. Sales tax for orders shipped outside Georgia will not be charged or withheld and is the sole responsibility of the customer.


All seats come with a six month warranty against defects from the shipping date of the seat. This warranty covers the seat shell, seat fabric and seat foam/cushion. If any part of the seat fails during the warranty period we will repair or replace the seat at our discretion. Please note, warranties do not cover products damaged in shipping (see damaged shipments above), modifications, abuse, unintended use, misuse, acts of God, incorrect installation, or any other act not specifically covered resulting in damage to the product.
